Fee & Payment Transparency

I want to be upfront and transparent about fees and pricing, since photoshoots are investments.

Photography services are subject to sales tax in PA at 6% and an additional 1% for Allegheny County. Any applicable sales tax will appear on the invoice.
I'm happy to travel for your session! A travel fee may apply, depending on your location. I'll always confirm this with you during the booking process so there's no surprises.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve your spot and due after signing the contract, which includes any applicable travel fee. The final invoice will be sent after the session and is due upon receipt.

Since I'm a natural light photographer, I thrive outdoors and work with the light available to create beautifully lit photos.
An ideal location would include tall foliage, options for open spaces, and architecture.
During rainy seasons, I recommend discussing alternative shooting dates/locations!

An extra hand to groom/tack up your horse would be super helpful. Bonus points if they can shake a feed bucket!
Make sure your pet is brushed and clean.
Knowledge of basic commands like sit, down, stay, and name recall is helpful.
Pick a location that is familiar to your horse/pet, so we are all comfortable and confident!
Have treats/toys ready!

You will receive edited, high-resolution photos in digital format only via private link, within 1-2 weeks of the shoot.
You will have 30 days to download your photos.
I do not offer prints.

Have your hair/makeup/outfits ready beforehand. A travel brush and mirror might also be handy for touchups!
I suggest wearing neutral, solid, muted, or pastel colored clothing.
Please avoid excessively bright colors, or heavy patterns.
